April 29th

More bath time photos! He is getting so big :) that is until you see Jesse's hand on his abdomen and then you're reminded how tiny he is for 3 months old! But he's growing like a weed. 

April 23rd

We received in the mail a package from Kara's mom containing about a dozen burp cloths that were embroidered with various designs. Some were personalized (see first picture) and others were just beautiful (see second picture). Adin clung onto the burp cloth immediately, like he knew they were just for him :)

April 22nd

Again, to address the flat head we found another new position...belly time on the Boppy Lounger. And of course our Nugget found a way to make it super adorable! I also took a picture to document his growing bald spot on the back of his head. 

I have an app on my phone called Camera+ and it allows me to edit photos, so I took a few and made them fancy. It was fun and they came out really good (I think). 

April 21st - Bruins Playoff Game

Adin spent some quality time in his Bumbo. He was swatting at the toy so I tried to capture it. Also, we had the Westfield's over for the Bruins game and I got some great shots of Miss Chloe with Adin... she's so beautiful! 

April 20th

I love when we "side nugget" Adin (that's what we call it). His head is getting flat in the back now that he's sleeping in his crib every night. He has his sweet spot (favorite sleeping position). I, of course, am not going to sneak in to his room to turn his head while he's sleeping...so he spends hours in the same position. During the day we put him on his side to try to even out his head. 

He also got to spend some time playing video games with his dad, he even got some time with the controller and for the record he moved the joystick and actually "played" Grand Theft Auto. 

April 15th

This is Adin sporting an outfit given to us by Christine (my friend Kara's matron of honor). There was a time I thought he'd never fit in to this and here he is almost filling it out :) He also gave a pretty good smile in this outfit, so I think he likes orange! 

April 14th

My first Saturday morning post-return to work. I had to give my nugget an impromptu photo shoot cause he's just so cute! Plus, I was on a mission to catch a smile...which I think I did :)

April 5th

Today was the first Red Sox game so Adin had to join in the festivities. He wore a shire that said "Don't change me till the game is over" 

April 12th

Today was Mimi's first day with Adin. She dressed him in a very appropriate Bruins outfit :) She also made up a DELICIOUS meal to enjoy for tonight. I must say, Thursday is my new favorite day of the week :)

April 10th, Last day of Maternity Leave

It's bittersweet for today to be my last day dedicated to being a mommy. Tomorrow I enter the real world. So, I spent some extra snuggle time with my little man and eventually had to get back to chores. So, I left nugget on the couch surrounded by pillows. What you can't see is Jake on the other end of the couch. He joined in the family snuggle time this morning. 

When I finally got around to dressing my nugget I realized that he's just about busting out of this newborn outfit. I may have to retire those soon and finally move in to the 0-3 world! He's a chunker :)

April 4th

When I showed Jesse this picture he said "It's like he's in on a joke that nobody know." And I said. "He is. Look at his left hand"

 I scrolled over to the next picture and said "Now look again at his left hand"

 And I scrolled one more time and said "Look at his left hand" He was holding on to my hair for dear life! My son is a hair puller and I refuse to cut my hair short right now so I'm just going to have to grin and bear it.
